The best gym in Glendora! I’m not someone who feels confident in a gym enough to know what to do so I love how they have group classes. CrossFit seems intimidating, but the coaches scale everything to your level, and trust me, you still get a great workout in! A HUGE plus to this gym is how family friendly and welcoming everyone is. They have an area where our two young children can safely play or watch an episode of TV within view. This is how I was finally able to get back in the gym postpartum! Highly recommend!

When I found CrossFit, I never realized how fun it would be, how many really good people I would meet, or how much I would actually learn in regards to fitness. CrossFit Glendora has a very knowledgeable coaching staff, they definitely look out for your best interest, all they want is for you to be the healthiest version of yourself. We love this crossfit gym. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Don't get intimidated by the name. You can always work at your level and the coaches will always encourage you to do your best at your level. There is also a kids area do mom's can have a safe space for their kids to play while they workout. This place is feels comfortable for all levels of fitness.
